  • Where are you located?

    We’re an online shop based in Ottawa, Ontario. We buy and sell from families all across Canada and the United States! We offer complimentary contactless pickup for any customers local to Ottawa.

  • How does this work? How often are new items uploaded to the website?

    We upload items in batches (often referred to as “drops”) and then let our community know when to expect them! We let Instagram know first about new releases, so follow us @wonderandkind.shop to stay up to date.

  • I placed my order, when can I expect to receive or pick up my items?

    Once we receive your order, we’ll ship it out within 2-3 business days. Want to pick up your goods in Ottawa? Simply select “local pickup” and you’ll receive an email when your items are ready for their new home.

  • Are you accepting new items for consignment? What does the process look like?
